Deliverables: Wrap for Truck, Apparel, Billboard
This project was created to accelerate the OurCounty Sustainability Plan for Los Angeles. My creative action class, Art, Systems, and Sustainability, was chosen to help with this. In this project, I created a wrap for a truck that goes around to disempowered communities and educates them on the OurCounty Sustainability Plan. I also created a billboard to help advertise this in Los Angeles as well as clothing to help spread the word about the plan. With this project, I envisioned Tesla and OurCounty collaborating to help these communities and merged the two logos when creating the logo for my project. In the wrap for the truck, I created a simplified version of Los Angeles with a black book on the left of the wrap. This decision was made in order to show that we plan to educate people about the plan and be transparent to others. I also used a play on words with the word, excellerating, in my slogan in the top center of the wrap to add some friction to this advertisement.
